At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, October 5, 2009, of Warren Collins of Stratford, age 61 years.
Beloved husband of Verna Collins (nee Machon) and loving father of Jennifer Whitlock (Chris) of Stratford and Trent (Lindsay Miller) of Calgary. Warren is also survived by his grandsons, MacKenzie and Nikolas Whitlock and Braydn Collins; brother, Tom Collins (Linda); and sisters, Judy Robblee (Allison) and Joyce Collins; and mother-in-law, Sylvia Machon. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph Collins and Beatrice Kelly; and father-in-law, Albert Machon.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, were family will receive friends and acquaintances on Wednesday, October 7, 6-8 p.m. (only). There will be no funeral service by personal request.
