GRIFFIN, Philip – Passed peacefully away at his residence in presence of his loving family after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, Philip Griffin, aged 79 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are wife: Christie; daughters: Diane Muggeridge (Bob) and Pam Trimm (Trevor); son; Brian (Lorraine); six precious grandchildren: Matthew, Amanda, Heather, LeeAnn, Brandon and Nathan; great-grandson: Zachary; sisters: Joy Bennett and Hilda Collins (Alf), as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday, Dec. 4th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Friday, Dec. 5th at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow funeral service.
