PROCTOR, MURRAY - Mr. Murray William Proctor of Sussex, passed away on September 1, 2011 at the age of 87. He was the son of the late William and Martha (McFarlane) Proctor and was the husband of the late Elizabeth (Mallory) Proctor who passed away in 2001. Murray is survived by his daughter, Eileen McShane (Earl) of Parleeville, NB; his son, Cecil (Wendy); his brother, Nelson Proctor (Leigh) all of Ontario; his sisters: Viola Gall of Saskatachewan and Alice Mitton of Sussex Corner his son-in-law, Ken of NS; his brother-in-law, Ora of Sussex; eight grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers: Russell and Phillip, his daughter Viola Purcell, his son, Harris; his sister, Clara Buchanan and his brother-in-law, Earl Mitton.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A Celebration of Murray‘s life will be held from Trinity Cemetery on Monday, September 5, 2011 at 11:00 am. Donations made to the memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
