Ronald William McGeachy passed away peacefully on September 2, 2011 at the age of 63 years with his family by his side. Ron is survived by his two daughters: Veronica “Roni” (Tom) Trottier, Dana (Chris) McCarty as well as his granddaughter Claire. Ron will also be mourned by his sister Lynn (Claude) Munari and the mother of his children, Kathy. Ron was predeceased by his mother June. Ron retired after 30 years service with the RCMP in 2003. After retirement, his proudest moments were the marriage of his two daughters and the birth of his first grandchild. As per Ron’s request a private family service will be held.
