TIZZARD, Nancy June – Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family, at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, on September 2, 2011. Nancy Tizzard, aged 58 years. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Annie Tizzard (nee Strange). Leaving to mourn with fond and precious memories, her brothers: David (Rita), and Bruce (Emma); sisters: Dorothy Puffer (Bob), Bonnie Brocklehurst (Ron), and her special sister Judy — who cared for her so lovingly for many years; also leaving to mourn many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A special thank you to her homecare provider, Georgina Richards, for her care and devotion to Nancy. By request, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 11:00 am, with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
