HOWLEY, DOROTHY ELIZABETH - Mrs. Dorothy Elizabeth Howley of Sussex, passed away on September 3, 2011 at the age of 89. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Ruth (Phipps) McAulay and was the wife of the late Joseph Michael Howley. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Betty (Garfield) Constantine of Sussex; her sisters: Rita Crabtree of Ottawa and Shirley Titus of Springfield; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her sister-in-law, Gertrude of Sussex; as well as several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brothers: Harold, Robert, Lawrence, Donald and Ernie and by her sisters: Peggy Archibald and Mildred Deezil. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A Celebration of Dorothy's life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel today at 1:00 pm. The interment will take place at Kirk Hill Cemetery.
