The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, October 9, 2009, of Mary C. Praught of Birchwood St., Charlottetown.
Beloved life-time companion of Roland Perry. She is also lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law, Mildred Praught; and her nieces and nephews, William (Betty) Praught, Angus (Daichan) Praught, Donna (Louis) MacDonald, Ernie (Sandra) Praught, Beth Praught; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Catherine Praught; her grandmother, Mazie Praught; brother, Ernest Praught; and infant brother, Angus Praught.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 1:45 on Monday afternoon, then transferred to St. Dunstan’s Basilica for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the P.E.I. Humane Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of P.E.I.
