Passed peacefully away at Brookfield Hospital in the presence of his family on Thursday, October 8, 2009, Baxter Perry, aged 80 years of Pound Cove. Predeceased by wife, Dorothy; son, Guy; parents, Kenneth and Maggie Perry; step-mother, Alice Perry; grandchildren, Terry and Tanya Howell; brothers Maurice and Aubrey Perry; sister, Eleanor Bishop. Leaving to mourn with beautiful memories are sons: Earl (Wanda) of Paradise, N.L.; Carl (Cindy) of Brookfield, N.L.; Barry (Nadine) of Mount Pearl, N.L.; daughters: Roma (Terry) of Templeman; Eileen (Lewis) of Grande Prairie, Alberta; Nellie (Frank) of Mount Pearl, N.L.; Cheryl (Donald) of Wesleyville; Kimberley (Kent) of Iqaluit, Nu; daughters-in-law, Phyllis Perry of Badger’s Quay, Sharon Perry of Mount Pearl; sisters: Margaret Hoyles of Bonnews Lodge, and Susie Tulk (Lloyd) of Appleton, NL; 24 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 11 A.M. from St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Pound Cove.
