At the Palliative Care Unit of Community Hospital, O’Leary, on Sunday, September 4, 2011, of Geralda “Gerri” Ann Wood of West Cape, aged 51, beloved wife of Paul Wood.
Geralda was born on October 17, 1959, daughter of the late Billy and Barb (Lynch) Jeffery. Cherished mother of Jillian Wood (Kevin McGee) and Jeromy Wood (Melissa Larter), Charlottetown. Dear sister of Bernard (Beverly) Jeffery, Carleton Lot 6, and Kevin (Tina) Jeffery, West Devon. Sister-in-law of Joyce Jeffery, Portage; Lisa (Kent) Clements, Springfield West; Nancy (Philip) Power, Riverglade, N.B. Dear friend of the Boulter family and also survived by several aunts and uncles. Predeceased by her parents, a daughter Christa in infancy, brothers Tony and Stephen.
Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, with visiting hours Tuesday 2:30-4:30 and 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday until 10 a.m. then to St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, Woodstock for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Glenwood.
