1926 - 2011– Passed peacefully away on Monday, September 5, 2011, at the Pentecostal Senior Citizen's Home, Clarke's Beach, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald Coaker Smallwood, of Roaches Line, aged 85 years. Predeceased by parents: Joseph and Clara Smallwood (nee Oates); brother: William Smallwood; sister: Clara (Edward) Russell; 1st Wife: Florence Boone died May 12, 1957. Leaving to mourn: wife: Mabel Smallwood (nee Mugford); daughters: Josephine Smallwood, Lorraine (Randy) Keefe, Jane (Hugh) Atkinson; sons: Joseph (Wynette) Smallwood, Ramsay (Leah) Smallwood, Bruce (Jane) Smallwood; sister-in-law Marcella Smallwood; fifteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Bay Roberts Wednesday: 2 - 5 p.m.: 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Brigus. Interment in the United Cemetery, Roaches Line. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stoke Foundation or the ADRA Canada (Adventist Development Relief Agency).
