CHASE, DORA M. - Dora M. Chase, 84, of Dieppe, with her loving family at her side, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital on Wednesday, September 7, 2011. Born in Adamsville, she was the daughter of the late William and Angeline (Arsenault) Chase. Dora was a member of Highfield Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing and reading her bible. Dora will be sadly missed by her brothers, Israel (Ina), Joseph “Joe” and Ronald (Louraine), all of Moncton; her sister-in-law, Margaret Chase of Minto, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Annie, Rita, Roma and brothers, Thomas, Clifford and Maynard.
In honoring Dora’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Sunday, September 11, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. There will be no funeral service by personal request. Interment, St. Timothy’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Adamsville.
