Passed peacefully away at his residence on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, Ben Baker Jr. of Carbonear, age 57 years. Predeceased by parents: Benjamin and Mae Baker; brothers: Albert and Gordon. Left to mourn, wife Ruth; one son Brad, Carbonear; four sisters: Sharon Peddle and Brenda (Joe) Foley, both of Carbonear, Beverley (Roy) Cole, Victoria and Bonnie (Cyril Whyte), Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service took place on Friday, September 9 at Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Cremation followed.
