Passed peacefully away at his residence on Aug. 26, 2011, Clarence Phillip Wheeler of Grand Falls-Windsor. He was 64 years of age. Mr. Wheeler retired from Edmonton, AB in 2010 and was a member of Local 1208. He was predecea-sed by his parents, John and Elizabeth Wheeler; brothers, Joseph, Alfred, Albert and Ernest; sister, Jean Faulkner. He leaves to mourn his wife, Frances Wheeler; sons, Clarence, Phillip, Arthur; daughters, Margaret, Shirley, Frances and Elizabeth. Also leaving to mourn are sisters, Mary Gunn and Lucy Wiseman; three grand-children, Erica, Little Buddy and Melissa and a circle of other relatives and friends. Father William Houlahan and Clyde Downton conducted funeral services at St. Joseph’s Parish on Sept. 4, 2011 with interment at the St. Joseph’s cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Home, Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers were Phillip Wheeler, Arthur Blake, Bradley Reid, Clarence Ivany, Ron Bishop and John Bishop.
