With sad hearts the family announces the passing of Alto Anderson on September 7, 2011. She lived her 94 years of life to its fullest potential and cherished every moment with her family, The Red Hats, Kosmo Kats and friends at the Cosmo Centre. Alto is predeceased by her husband George Anderson, daughter-in-law Pat Anderson, brothers: Norman, Walter, George, Lyle; sisters: Ruth, Violet; brothers-in-law: Lester, Carl, Bill, Jack, Lloyd, Lyle, Mel, Marcel, George; sisters-in-law: Blanche, Alice, Doris, Marie, Anne, Agnes, Margaret, Leona, Hazel, Sharon. Her legacy will live on in her family: children: Stuart Anderson (Pat-deceased), Vernon Anderson, Norma Gieni Dunbar (Chris); grandchildren: Mark Anderson (Sheryl), Janice Gaunt (Steve), Nissa Gieni (Ray Wareham), Jason Gieni (Carrie), Bev Paysen (Wayne); great-grandchildren: Brodie (Jan), Chelsea, David, Janelle, Nadia, Jaidyn, Jazlyn, Nicole; brothers: Ralph, Bill, Cliff, Elmer; sisters: Gladys, Alice; sisters-in-law Simone, Marjorie; extended family Lynnette Landwer, Lonnie Gieni, nieces, nephews and cousins. Please join her family for a Celebration of Her Life, at Cosmo Senior Citizen’s Centre on Sunday, September 18, 2011 @ 2pm-5pm with short program at 3pm. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Cosmo Senior Citizen’s Center is appreciated.
