Gordon A MacIsaac
September 17, 1935 – September 9, 2011

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gordon Angus MacIsaac announces his passing at Dr. Charles L Legrow Health Center on Friday September 9th, at the age of 75 years. Born at Doyles, Gordon was the son of the late John J and Alice MacIsaac. He was also predeceased by his son Gerard, granddaughter Valerie, sisters Stella Sutton and Rita Pinhorn. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his loving family; devoted wife Joan (nee Young) of 51 years marriage. His children; Alice (John) English, Valerie (Dennis) Battiste all of Doyles.Gordon of Stephenville, Tommy (Tonya) of Doyles, Nicole (Charles) Bourne of Winnipeg MB, Norman (Christa) of Doyles, 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. Father in law Norman Young of Stephenville, brothers; Michael MacIsaac of Millville, Ambrose (Hilda) of Deer Lake, sister Marjorie (Allan) English of Doyles and a large circle of nieces, nephews, and many friends. To honor Gordon's wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service to celebrate Gordon's life took place on Wednesday September 14, 2011, 2 PM at Mount St. Thomas Roman Catholic Cemetery, officiated by Father Edward Terry, with interment to follow.
