COLLETTE, CLARENCE - 1943 - 2011 - Clarence Collette, 68, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Saturday, September 17th, 2011, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center. Born in Bouctouche, NB, he was the son of the late Edgar and the late Zélia (née: Caissie) Collette. Mr. Collette had retired from the Town of Dieppe Public Works Department, he loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar, had a passion for hunting and fishing and also enjoyed his coffee at Tim Horton. A loving husband and proud father, he is survived by his wife, Gloria (née: LeBlanc); one daughter, Chantal Collette of Dieppe; one son, Michel Collette of Dieppe; six sisters: Viola (Joseph “Joe”) Roy of Dieppe, Alida (Gerald) Betts of Lakeburn, Rose-Mai (late Laurie) Fournier, Murielle (Gene) Biddiscomb, Jeanne Richard and Joanne Briggs (Gordon Carsdden), all of Moncton; two brothers: Raymond (Shirley) Collette and Bobby (Simonne) Collette, both of Moncton; one sister-in-law, Joanne LeBlanc of Moncton; two brothers-in-law: Clovis (Rita) LeBlanc and Aurèle “Moose” (Gisèle) LeBlanc, both of Moncton as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Wednesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm ONLY. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Ste-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB, on Thursday, September 22nd, 2011 at 4: 30 pm.
