Born in Peterborough, Ont., Feb. 5, 1954, daughter of the late Donald Richard and Velma Mary (Emery) Cassidy. Wife of Eldred Ellis. Mother of Don (Heather) Cassidy, Summerside. Sister-in-law of Elton (Eileen) Ellis, Nanimo, BC; Linda (Bruce) DesRoches, Miscouche; Barbara (Andrew) Boylan, West Devon; Victor (Robin) Ellis, Balzac, Alberta; Robert (Marion) Ellis, Mount Royal; Wade (Marie) Ellis, O’Leary; Gary (Jackie) Ellis, Linkletter and Darlene (Ricky) MacLeod, Lauretta, PE. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Paul Edward Cassidy and father and mother-in-law Garfield and Irene Ellis. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Thursday evening from 6:30-9 p.m. Funeral Friday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Margate United Church Cemetery.
