GALLAGHER, HELEN J. - February 13, 1935 - August 13, 2011 - After several months of poor health, Helen Gallagher passed away peacefully at the age of 76. She was predeceased by her husband Howard and brother Richard. Helen will be sadly missed by her sister and two brothers, her daughter Margaret (Pete), sons Charlie (Susan) and Dale (Dorothy) as well as by her five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Helen was born in Barker’s Point, NB, moving first to Princeton in 1963 with her husband and family, then moving on to several different towns on Vancouver Island before retiring back in Princeton in 1993. She was an avid Crib and Bingo player, enjoyed knitting and especially enjoyed a steady stream of visitors in her home.
Memorial services were held on August 27, 2011 in Princeton, B.C.
