Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, Louise Lane of Makinsons, aged 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Mark Lane, parents Harvey & Annie (nee Morgan) Butler, brothers Chesley, Cecil, Douglas & Sidney, sisters, Beatrice, Pear & Voilet. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children Barbara (Ray McDonald), Daphne (Lorne Rose), Debbie (Eric Dixon), Bary (Helen), Rick & Mason; her foster children Sharon, Wayne, Margie, Kelly, Lisa, Larissa and their families; grandchildren Mark, Randy, Lorna, Tim, Raylene, Angie, Trevor & Chelsea; great-grandchildren Evan, Michaila, Riley, Erica, Justin, Lindsay & Caleb; 13 foster grandchildren & 4 foster great-grandchildren; sisters Effie (Ron Mugford), Marjorie (Melvin Oates) & Doris (Don Russell); brother Clarence (Diane); sisters-in-law Shirley Butler & Kathleen (Lane) Ingram; also a large number of other relatives & friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus on Friday, September 23 from 10 a.m.- 9 p.m., Saturday, September 24 from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. Funeral to take place on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from Broughton's Memorial Chapel with interment to follow in the U.C.
