DEL RIZZO, Angelo– Surrounded by the love of his family Angelo Del Rizzo passed away peacefully in Mar del Plata, Provincia del Buenos Aires, Argentina at the age of 83 after a lengthy illness. Born on March 8, 1927 in Azzano Decimo, Pordenone, Italy, he was the son of Giovanni Battista Del Rizzo and Maria Teresa Del Rizzo (née Marcuz) and the beloved father of Emilce and Lilliana (Tato). He is predeceased by his wife Herminia.
His spirit spanned three continents and will be remembered in St. John's, Newfoundland by his brothers Benjamin (Carmen) and Guido (Francis); and by Joseph (Sherry) in Brampton, Ontario. In Italy he leaves behind brothers Don Mario and Georgio (Adrianna) and sisters Santina (Rosario) and Suor Adrianna.
"Tio Angelo" will forever be remembered by his many nieces and nephews in Agentina, Italy and Newfoundland. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of one's choice. A memorial service will be held at a time to be announced.
