(born October 27, 1986 - October 18, 2009) — Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family and from the arms of his mother into the arms of Jesus. Predeceased by his grandparents Rita and Michael O’Brien; grandfather Francis Vaughan and uncle Ronald O’Brien. Left with loving memories his father Brian and mother Marie; brothers Bryan (Samantha) and Chad; grandmother Catherine Vaughan (friend Ron Maloney); special caregivers Delores Pike (second mom) and Eleanor Lee; aunts and uncles: Shirley (Adrien), Elizabeth (Ed), Dot (Fred), Barbie (Owen), Debbie (Shawn), Felix (Joy), Vince (Carol), Tom (Kareen), Gerry (Judy), Reg (Cathy), Stan (Peggy), Francis (Christa) and Christopher (Jeanette); also many cousins, relatives and friends.
