Bob Popil, 57, of Kamloops passed away on Thursday, 29th September, 2011 after losing his battle with cancer.

He was born on 19th February, 1954, in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, the son of Ann and Frank Popil.

Bob loved the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Any spare time was spent either cruising on his Harley or at the rink.

Bob was a dedicated son, brother, husband, dad, grandpa, 'gramps', uncle, cousin and coach. Everyone knew that he would do anything for his family and friends.

Bob will be greatly missed by Joanne, his wife of 37 years; Jaime (daughter) and her partner Tony; Robert, his son and his wife Barbara; his grandchildren Sarah (Luke), Ashley (Anthony) and Michael; his great-grandchildren Ethan and *bump*; his parents Ann and Frank; sister Judy (Marvin); brother Jim (Linda) and all of his nieces, nephews and cousins.

Bob's Celebration of Life will be held at Schoenings Cremation Centre, on Tranquille Road, Saturday, 8th October, 2011 at 13:00.
