Leaving to mourn children: Anne Clift (Tom), Gerry Marshall (John Furlong), Brian (Doreen), John (Linda), Marie Snippa (Rocky), Pat Dunphy (Garry), Jim (Rhonda) and Susan Flanagan (Chris); brothers: Harold “Bud” and Pat (Josephine); brother-in-law: Edward Fitzgerald (Rita); 25 grandchildren: Sarah R, Jim, Susan S, Allison, Julie, Heather, Evan, Joannah, Sarah F, Holly, Matthew, Luke, Maria, Craig, Conor, Samuel, Liam, Sarah D, Ben, Ryan, Joshua, Marie, Jennifer, Jill and Declan; great-grandchildren: Liam and Owen; special friends: Irene Feehan, Theresa Osmond and Frank and Mary Lake; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Forever thankful to the staff of Escasoni 2 West and Dr. Paul Jackman. Predeceased by parents Agnes and Ronald; brothers Ronnie, Bernie and David. Gerald was longtime owner/operator of General Traders Ltd. Visitation at Caul’s Funeral Home on LeMarchant Rd. to take place today (Oct. 6) from 6-10 pm and Friday from 10 am-10 pm. Funeral service will be held Saturday, Oct. 8 at 10:00 am at Mary Queen of Peace on Torbay Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mary Queen of Peace Food Bank.
