Lena Warman

WARMAN, LENA M. - Lena M. Warman, of The Briarlea and formerly of West Lane, Moncton, with her family at her side, passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday morning, October 1, 2011. Born in Molus River, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Campbell) Warman. Lena was a retired school teacher having taught in several schools throughout Moncton and in different areas of New Brunswick. She was a member of Wesley Memorial United Church and a life member of the U.C.W., member of the Retired Teacher’s Association of Moncton and was a former volunteer for the Moncton Red Cross. Lena will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Mabel Bannerman (John) of Ottawa, ON, Mary Snider (Dale) of River Glade, Murray Mundle (Catherine) of Charlottetown, PEI, Gordon Mundle (Louise) of Ottawa, ON, John Warman of Bass River Point, George Warman (Francine) of Riverview; several grand nieces and grand nephews; several great grand nieces and great grand nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Edith, Edna and Gertha; brothers, Borden and John.
No visitation hours by personal request. Funeral Service to be held at Wesley Memorial United Church on Sunday, October 9, 2011 at 2:00pm with Rev. Ron Maund officiating. Reception in the church hall following the service. Interment, Molus River Cemetery. Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road Moncton (858-1995), in care of arrangements.
