It is with great sadness, we the family of the late Kevin Gaudet, announce his peaceful passage from Foothills Hospital on Sept. 29, 2011, with his family by his side.
After a long arduous battle Kevin can rest now knowing he was a great father, loving son and brother, and a mentor for many.
Kevin is survived by his two children, Matthew, Edmonton, Alta. and Nicole of Canmore, Alta. Kevin is also survived by his mother, Doris Gaudet (nee Reid), Albert Bridge; brothers, Wayne (Wendy), Barry and Darren (Leslie), all of Cambridge, Ont.; two sisters, Brenda, Albert Bridge and Janet, Canmore; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Heartfelt gratitude to the many professionals who contributed to Kevin’s care, both at Canmore Hospital, Bow Valley Homecare and at Foothills Hospital, Calgary. Thank you so much.
There will be a private memorial when Kevin returns to his home in Cape Breton.
He was our guiding light, now may he find peace and light of his own. We miss you, dad.
