The death occurred at Greenvale, as the result of a car accident, on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011 of Linda Irene Black, of Hunter River, beloved wife of Peter, age 57. Linda was the loving mother of Rhonda, at home, and Sandy Nadeau (Kevin), Souris; and grandmother of Danielle, Amanda, Jonathon and Mathew. She is also survived by her mother, Ina Irene Darrach (Paul); sister, Darlene Palmer (Donald); nephew, Jesse; niece, Katelyn.; father and mother-in-law, Harmon and Edna Black; brothers-in-law, David (Linda) and Ron (Cindy); sister-in-law, Roxanne Kilbasco (Larry); and several cousins, nephews and nieces. Linda was predeceased by her father, John Hector Darrach, and her sister, Velda Darrach. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Rd., New Glasgow, for visitation on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, from 2 to 5 p.m. The funeral will be held in Central Queen’s Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, Oct. 10, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow later.
