Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, October 22, 2009, of Dr. Hesta A. MacDonald of Charlottetown, age 85 years.
Wife of the late Dr. Stewart MacDonald. Mother of Rebecca (the late Kenneth) Matheson, Graeme (Debbie), Kenneth, Alice (David) Doughty; and predeceased by infant son, Alan. Grandmother of Linda Matheson-Ford, John MacDonald, David Matheson, Johnathan Eagles, Shane MacDonald, Kyle Gallant and Laurel Gallant. Great-grandmother of Emilee, Jeremy, Nicholas and Elizabeth.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Saturday from the Community Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Interment in Little Sands Cemetery.
