The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 of Sandra Cole (nee Hetherington) of Mayfield, age 65.
Sandra was the beloved wife of Sterling; dear mother of Brian Cole, Karen Duffy (Craig) and Tammy Cole; and loving grandmother of Steven and Haylie Cole; and Brenna, Matthew and Cole Duffy. She is also survived by her father, Roy Hetherington, Manitoba; brother-in-law, Herbert Cole; sisters-in-law Elizabeth Guthreau and Carol Cole; and numerous nieces and nephews. Sandra was predeceased by her son, Kelly; her mother, Effie (Collins) Hetherington; and her brothers, Garry and Ricky.
Resting at Central Queen's Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Thursday, October 13, 2011, 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Central Queen's Funeral Home Chapel Friday, October 14, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Geddie Memorial Cemetery, Springbrook.
