It is with great sadness that the family of the late Beatrice Young announce her passing at the Health Science Centre in St. John’s on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011 at the age of 64 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Jacob; children, Lorraine (Rod), Nancy (Fabian), Thomas (Barbara), Audrey (Hubert), Kevin (Andrea), Gloria (Woodrow) and Trina (Justin); grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin, Adrian, Matthew, Thomas, Samantha, Kyle, Zachery, Jonathan, Andrew, Melissa, Rebecca, Dylan, Ethan and Hayden; sisters, Sarah (Joshua), Mary (John), Minnie (Garfield), Suzanna (Calvin), Myrtle (Hiram), Louise (Louis), Marilyn (Wallace) and Frances (Clifford); brothers, Norman (Mary), Gerald (Marie), Reginald (Lucy), Ben (Jody), Thomas (Nada) and Garfield as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents Mary Ann and Thomas Rose and granddaughter Emily Young. Friends visited St. John The Evangelist Church in Burgeo on Oct. 4th and 5th, from where the funeral service was held on Oct. 6 at 2 p.m. Reverend Mary Rose Colbourne officiated.
