It is with great sadness that the family of the late Brian Walter Doucette announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at the age of 61 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Veronica, two daughters: Wendy Doucette (Eric Slaney) of Stephenville, Cindy Doucette (Donny Thomas) of Port au Port, two brothers: Randy (Rose) Doucette of Saskatchewan, Jerry (Norma) Doucette of Port au Port, two sisters: Lisa (Wayne) Penny of Port au Port and Stella (Eddy) Felix, all of Port au Port, 5 grandchildren: Jordan Doucette, Jeffrey Slaney, Dawson Slaney, Devin LeRiche, Amie Doucette and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Muriel Doucette, brothers, Don and Billy Doucette and niece, Jody Felix and nephew, Jason Doucette. Friends may call at the Maria Regina Parish, Port au Port East on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, October 15th at 10:00 a.m. at the Maria Regina Parish, Port au Port East with Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Port au Port East. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations to a charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciate.
