It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lydia Greta Butt announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Friday, October 14, 2011 at the age of 92 years. She was predeceased by her husband George. She will be sadly missed by her four sons: Maxwell (Linda) of Kamloops, British Columbia, Gerald (Joan) of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, Norman (Jessie) of Heatherton, Roland (Mary) of Pembroke, Ontario, one daughter, Jean (William) Matchem of Heatherton and 7 grandchildren: Michael, Scott, Dwayne, Stephen, Christina, James, Candace, 4 great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Friends may call at the United Church in Heatherton on Sunday, October 16th from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 17th at 2:00 p.m. at the United Church in Heatherton with Interment to follow at the United Cemetery in Heatherton. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the United Church in Heatherton would be greatly appreciated.
