UNION CENTRE, Pictou County – Ronald Scott Robson, age 57, passed away on Friday, October 23rd, 2009, in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of the late Gilbert and Marion (Boutilier) Robson.
Ronnie worked for Alma Homes and Campers for many years and had in the last numbers of years worked for his brother, Wayne Robson. Ronnie enjoyed fishing especially with his son, Trevor; daughter, Rhonda; and his grandson, Dylan.
Surviving are his wife, the former Louise Rice; daughter, Rhonda Louise (Dan) Kinar, Hamilton, Ont.; son, Trevor Robson, New Glasgow; his precious grandsons, Dylan Robson, Truro; and Bohdan Ryerson Kinar, Hamilton, Ont.; brothers: Wayne (Margie) Robson, New Glasgow; Calvin and Brian, both of Mississauga, Ont.; a sister, Diane Gay, New Glasgow.
Ronnie was predeceased by his parents and grandparents, Alex and Esther Boutilier, and Ann and Charles Robson.
The family will receive visitors from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, from where a memorial service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ryan King officiating. Burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Ronnie may be made to the Palliative Care Society of the Aberdeen Hospital.
