SMITH, MARILYN - Marilyn Phyllis Smith, loving wife of Kenneth Warren Smith of Smithtown, NB passed away unexpectedly on Sunday October 16, 2011 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1941 in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Frederick (Ted) Saunders and Isabelle Margaret (Carpenter) (Saunders) Argyle. Besides her parents she was predeceased by step father William Argyle. Marilyn worked for AVON for many years, fabric departments of the Metropolitan Store and Fabricville. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Besides her loving husband Kenneth, she is survived by her loving sons Howard LaBillois (Suzanne Kingston) of Hampton and Kirk Smith (Lesley) of Smithtown, NB; cherished grandchildren Charles LaBillois, Mangus LaBillois and Wesley Smith, bothers Frederick Saunders (Anne) of Campbellton and Stanley Saunders of Quispamsis, nephew Bruce Saunders and niece Karen (Saunders) White.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place in Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Smithtown, NB.
