Suddenly at St. Felix, P.E.I. on Friday, Oct. 14, 2011 as the result of a highway accident, of Wayne Timothy LeClair of Tignish, age 44 years. Loving companion of Helen Ellsworth. Born in Alberton on Aug. 3, 1967, he was the beloved son of JoAnn LeClair of Tignish. Cherished father to Desare, and step-father to Alecia and Darrell. Loving grandfather to Cameron, Jordon and Ellie Mae. Dear brother to Linda; Shelia and Edward; Beverley and Jim; Johnnie and Debby; Aggie and Warren; Blair and Julia; and Joey and Donna. He was predeceased by his step-brothers: Robert in 1994 and Darryl in 1996, his step-son Danny in 2008, a brother Harold in 1995, and by his grandparents Claude and Winnifred (nee McInnis) LeClair. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Public visiting hours commencing on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Tuesday, Oct. 18, from St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish for funeral mass at 2 pm. Rev.Brendon Gallant celebrant. Interment in the church cemetery. As an expression of sympathy memorials to the Bobbi-Jo LeClair Rehabilition Fund would be gratefully appreciated.
