The death occurred at Summerset Manor, Summerside, on Friday, Oct.14, 2011, of Howard John Boyle formerly of Newton, aged 78 years.
Born in Miscouche on Aug. 29, 1933, Howard was a son of the late Keir Boyle and the late Mary (Alyward) Boyle. Brother of James (Irene) Boyle of Tignish; Rita Boyle, Montreal; Freda Bazinett, Cornwall, Ont., and Catherine (Pat) Gaudet, St. Catherines, Ont. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by brothers and sisters, Reggie, Melvin, Mary and Geraldine, and a nephew, Glenn.
Resting at Lawless Funeral Home, Kinkora. Visiting hours Monday, Oct. 17, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at St. Malachy’s Church, Kinkora, with funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
