It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Eugene Roy at the age of 80 at his home in Summerville, Montague, P.E.I., on Oct. 10, 2011.
Husband of Madeleine (Michon). Son of the late Eugene Roy Sr. and the late Florence Bowen, brother to the late Gerald and to Richard. He is survived by his daughters, Constance, Dianne, Lynne, Michelle and Sylvie, six grandchildren, one great-grandaughter, two nephews and two nieces.
A ceremony will take place for the family at the Jardins du Souvenir (Notre-Dame Cemetery), 75 Fournier Blvd, Hull sector, in Gatineau, Que., on Oct. 28, 2011, at 11 a.m, followed by interment.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation are appreciated.
