Passed away Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, in Newfoundland. Robert is the son of Mr. Hubert Sheppard and the late Joan (Butler) Sheppard. He is survived by his wife, Harriet Denny-Sheppard; sons, Robert Sheppard Jr., St. John's, Brian Sheppard, Dartmouth, Robin Denny, Colin Denny, Blair Denny all of Eskasoni; daughters, Tracey (Warren) Pye, Jacqueline Sheppard, both of Corner Brook; Wendy Sheppard-Picco (Paul), Calgary; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild; brother Carl (Linda) Sheppard, sisters, Rosalind (Melvin) Mercer, Sylvia (Harvey) Hawkins, Lillian Hann (Monty Allen), all of Corner Brook.
Interment in Eskasoni, Nova Scotia, Oct. 22, 2011.
