Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at Hoyles Escasoni on October 24, 2009. George T. Walsh age 81 years of Kingman’s Cove, Fermeuse predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Margaret (Glover) and brother Martin. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 58 years, Marcella (Brophy) three sons and five daughters, Doug (Andrea), Myra (Wayne Keats), Tom (Cynthia), Christine (Kevin Barnable), Virginia (Brian Pennell), Reg (Molly), Emily (Randy Kennedy), Georgina (George Ryan). Also leaving to mourn 13 grandchildren, Jason (Riki), Janine (Stephen), Matthew, Christopher (Yvonne), Colin ( Susan), Venissa, Chad ( Tracey), Evan, Ian (Raylene), Jessica (Tommy), Rebecca, Jillian, Nicole, and five great grandchildren, Johnathan, James, Deizel, Ryan and Alexis. Also sister in law Elizabeth Walsh. Remains resting at Fahey’s Funeral Home, Fermeuse on Sunday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at 10 a.m. from St. Charles Borremeo Church, Fermeuse and Interment to follow at R.C. Cemetery, Fermeuse. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or charity of one’s choice.
