We, the family of the late Mary (Hasiuk) Kanchuk, wish to extend a sincere thank you to relatives, friends, and members of our communities for their kindness and support during the sudden passing of our mother. Thank you to those who attended the funeral, who sent flowers, Mass cards, sympathy cards, and donations in memory of mom, and for all the food sent to our homes. To those who called, sent emails, and visited with us – thank you. We will never forget Dr. Greg Myatt for all the years you looked after and worried about mom. Thank you to St. Mary’s Polish Altar Society for forming the honour guard and providing the lovely luncheon following the service. Thank you to Father Norman MacPhee and Father Frank Abbass, for officiating at the Mass. Thank you to the readers at the Mass: Darlene Burton (daughter-in-law) and Julie Mayich, (goddaughter). Thanks to T.W. Curry Funeral Home for your kindness and compassion. We will always remember the support and kindness of our relatives, friends, and neighbours. The stories you shared about mom, and the laughter and tears we shared, made us feel a little less alone.
