SHEPPARD D'ÉON, Corinne; Born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Corinne passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at the Institut de Gériatrie de Montréal on October 1, 2011. Beloved daughter of the late Luxime D'Éon and Évangeline D'Entremont; Mother of Jean-Pierre (Annie), Michel (Viviane) and Marie-Claude; Nani to Andrew, Emma, Matthew, Anne-Sophie, Liam and Samuel; Sister of Bernard, Edouard, Marie and the late Jacqueline. Corinne obtained a Masters in music and performing arts from École Vincent-d'Indy. She performed on stage with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra and the Opéra de Montréal for years. Thank you to Janus for his love and affection. You made her smile. We can still hear her laughing. Mom, music in your heart always. We love you. A gathering will take place at the Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home, 5301 Decarie Blvd., (corner Isabella) on Monday, October 3 from 6 - 8:00 p.m. A private family service and burial will take place at a later date.
