LeBLANC, WILLIAM “TWIGGY” - William “Twiggy” LeBlanc, 58, of Moncton, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday October 25, 2011. Born in Moncton, he was a Taxi Operator with White Cab. William will be sadly missed by his daughter, Kate LeBlanc (George MacLellan) of New Waterford, NS; grandchildren, Aden and Ryder MacLellan; special nephew, Jamie Morrow (Kira); grand nephew and nieces, MacKenzie, Melissa and Meghan Morrow; brother, Billy LeBlanc; sister, Vangie LeBlanc.
