Therese (Hache) Muise
MUISE, THERESE (HACHE) - 1930-2011 - It is with great sadness that the family of Therese Hache Muise announce her death at the Shannex Nursing Home on Friday, October 28, 2011 at the age of 81. Born in Portage River, NB on April 1, 1930, she was the spouse of the late, George (Abby) Muise; daughter of Alexander A. Brideau and Marceline Richardson.
Therese leaves behind her six children, Ovilda (Aldoria) Brideau of Orono, ON, Lucienne “Lucy” (Walter) Keenan of Burton, Rita (Steven) Thomas of Burton, Yvette Hache of Fredericton, Donald (Shirley) Hache of Calgary, AB, Linda (Gerald) Robichaud of Dieppe and a step son, Mike (Jackie) Muise of Oromocto. She had 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, six step grandchildren and 11 step great-grandchildren. She leaves behind three sisters and two brothers, Marthe Saulnier, Odile Savoie of Sheila, NB and Souveraine (Edmond) LeBouthillier of Pont Lafrance, NB, Dosithe (Dorilla) Brideau of Fredericton and Venance (Marielle) Brideau of Tracadie, 16 step-siblings along with several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; step-father, Edmond Duguay; first husband, Adelard Hache; second husband, George (Abby) Muise; son, Lucien (Luke) Hache; step-son, David Muise; step-daughter, Alice Muise; sister, Rita LaRose; brothers, Arthur, Alphee, Francois, Simon and Yvon.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday, October 31, 2011 at 11:00am with Father Donald Savoie and Father Monte Peters as celebrants. Interment will take place at St. Anthony’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Association, Diabetic Association or the charity of the donor’s choice.
