Passed peacefully away on Sunday, October 30th, 2011 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, Ruby Lorraine Keats, aged 82 years. Predeceased by parents, Charles and Marion Pike; husband Eric Keats; brothers, Edwin and Charles Pike. Leaving to mourn two daughters: Marilyn (special friend Marie) and Rosalind Keats (Shawn); son Robert (Carmelita), Phoenix, AZ; sisters-in-law: Margaret Pike and Violet Pike; special nieces and nephews: Edwina (Carl), Fraser (Betty), David (Yvonne) and Gail; also other relatives and friends, especially her special friend Gen Abbott; Special thank you to the staff of 7- West at St. Clare’s Hospital, especially, nurse Ruby Norris and Dr. Jennifer Parsons for their care and support. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, visitation from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, November 3rd, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the S.A. Citadel, Adam’s Ave. Interment to follow in the S.A. Cemetery, Blackmarsh Rd.
