HARRIS, MARIE - 1936 -2011 - Marie Harris, 75, of Rexton Lions Nursing Home, Rexton and formerly of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the Nursing Home on Sunday, October 30th, 2011. Born in Bouctouche on April 20th, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Olivier and the late Hélène (Babineau) Cormier. She will be sadly missed by her three children, Cindy Harris (Shaun Houston) of Mississauga, ON, Nicole Marshall of Moncton, and Lewis (Valerie) of Richiboucto-Village and her six grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her nine sisters, Aline Neville of Sainte-Anne de Kent, Claira Johnson, Yvonne LeBlanc (Hervé), and Annette Penn of Bouctouche Bay, Emilie Allain of Bouctouche, Cécile LeBlanc (Louis) of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Emma Maidment of Moncton, Dora Bourque of Shediac, and Alida Cormier of Montreal, her two brothers, Robert of Saint Jean and Georges of Bouctouche Bay, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Augustin and Frank.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2011 at 7:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
