Passed peacefully away surrounded by his family at the Bonne Bay Health Center, on Monday, October 31st, 2011 at the age of 64 years, Leonard Augustus Ellsworth. He will be sadly missed by his wife; Margaret (Nee Nicolle), his children: Chad Ellsworth, and Lana (Paul Jenniex) both of Grande Prairie, Alberta, his granddaughter; Rayne Ellsworth, his siblings: Ruby (Norman Hillier) of Corner Brook, Catherine Decker of Rocky Hr, Sarah (Lawrence Payne) of Cow Head, Mildred House of Hawke’s Bay, Dorothy (Clarence Sheppard) of Nova Scotia, Marion (Walter Butt) of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Samuel Ellsworth of Rocky Hr, Russell Ellsworth of Stephenville, Lloyd (Ruby) Ellsworth of Rocky Hr, Woodrow (Janet) Ellsworth of Nova Scotia, and Noel (Corinne) Ellsworth of Corner Brook, his brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives, family and friends. Leonard was predeceased by his parents; Eli & Effie Ellsworth, his sister; Karzena (Simeon White), his sister-in- law Shirley Ellsworth, brothers-in-law: George Decker and Harvey House, his father and mother-in-law Earl & Violet Nicolle. The family will be receiving family and friends from the Gospel Hall in Rocky Harbour today, Tuesday, November 1st, 2011, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where also the funeral service will take place from on Thursday, November 3rd, 2011 at 2: pm with Stephen Joyce officiating with the burial to follow at the Gospel Hall Cemetery in Rocky Hr, N.L.
