The death occurred peacefully at West Lincoln Hospital of Edgar Joseph MacNeill on Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, in his 74th year. Predeceased by his wife Barbara and his son Billy. Beloved father of Kevin. Loved brother of the late Mildred Croken, Sister Joan MacNeill, Ellen MacNeill, Irma Curley, Leonore Chaloux, and Lois MacNeill. Dear brother-in-law of Albert (deceased) and Donna Lowe, Joan McEachern, William and Eunice Lowe, John and Doreen deWilde. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek, Ont., on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, Nov. 4, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
