At the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, with the love and support of her loving family, of Amanda Laura Vincent, beloved wife of Richard Vincent of Woodvale, age 51 years. Born in Alberton on Nov. 21, 1960, she was the cherished daughter of Isabelle (nee Meggison) and the late Erskine Getson of Kildare Capes. Lovingly remembered by niece and nephew, Chelsea and Stephen MacIntosh, whom she loved dearly. Dear sister to Helen (Lorne), Wayne (Glennis), Doris (Philip), Billy (Kaye), Lorne (Darlene), Elda (Allison), Faye (Manny), Lisa (Darren). She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also by her father and mother-in-law, Kier and Mary Vincent, as well as her brothers and sisters-in-laws. She was predeceased by her father Erskine, brother Paul, and nephew Jamie. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. By personal request cremation has taken place and there will be no public visitation. Funeral on Saturday, Nov. 5, from the Alberton Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Interment in the Greenmount Church of Christ Cemetery.
