At the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague on Friday, November 4, 2011, of Polly Gulak (nee Bezan) of Montague, age 97 years.
Survived by sister Mary Arnold, Kapuskasing, Ontario. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husbands, George Cheropita and Carl Gulak, daughter, Adele MacPherson and by siblings Nellie, Mike, Bill, Steve and Sandy.
Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Interment in the Community Park Cemetery, Montague. Visitation: Tuesday from 1 p.m. until time of the service.
