Hepburn, Anne Marie - 51, Truro passed away October 29, 2009 in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of Patrick and Joan (Rowe) Dornan of Truro. Anne worked at the Atlantic Superstore and had been with the company for 22 years. She took great pride in her work. She loved to read and had many books. She also loved long drives, baking, cooking and sharing this food with others. She was a very giving person to both her family and friends and will be sadly missed by all whose lives she has touched. She is survived by her husband, Frank; sister, Janet Dornan (Charles Williamson), Bridgewater; brothers, Pat Dornan, Amherst, Walter (Jeannie) Dornan, Truro, Phillip (Hope) Dornan, Oromocto, NB; mother-in-law, Greta Crowell, Truro; brother-in-law, Rick (Carla) Hepburn, Truro; nieces and nephews, Julia Perry, Christopher, Erin and Stephanie Dornan, Meaghan, MacKenzie and Brandon Hepburn; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her father-in-law, Stan “Tanny” Hepburn. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st from 7-9 pm with a Memorial Service on Monday, November 2nd at 7:00 pm, both in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro with Rev. Larry Harrison officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or the Colchester Regional Library.
