It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elizabeth Mary Rowe announce her sudden passing on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook in her 81st year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: David (Debbie), Diane (Sheila), Allan (Joanne), Kenneth (Janet), Sandra (Owen), Ottawa, Kathleen (Mary), Robert (Diane) and Doris (Victoria), Ottawa; son-in-law Donald Green; grandchildren: Charlene, Joanne, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Karen, Cherie-Lynn, Tammy, Nicholas, Sarah, Adam, Jasmine, Tyler, Travis and Cody; great-grandchildren: Amy, Billy, Katelin, Zachary and Nathan; brother Eric Bailey; sisters: Ella Major and Ruby Rowsell; sisters-in-law: Emily Bailey and Maude Rowe; special friends Joan Rowe and Sheila George; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Allan Rowe, March 6, 2004 and her eldest daughter Marguerite Green, January 26, 2011. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday and Wednesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 10 at 2:00 p.m. from All Saints’ Anglican Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Tanya White officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to All Saints’ Anglican Church Roof Fund.
